Besha
Vancouver DJ and self-styled vibe creator playing tech house, UK garage, afro house and indie-leaning club cuts.
About
Besha is the DJ name of Bethany Schaaf, a Vancouver selector who calls herself a vibe creator. Her sets move through indie dance, UK garage, afro house and tech house, the four lanes she names as her sound.
She likes room for big vocal edits and remixes, pulling vocal-forward moments into club-focused grooves. That mix of warmth and drive is what ties her sets together.
Besha is part of Vancouver's open-air and day-party scene, a world built on daytime energy and outdoor dance floors. It is a natural fit for her sound, built to move people under the sun as easily as after dark.
Her recorded sets are up on SoundCloud, tagged tech house and UKG, giving a clear sense of where her head is at behind the decks. Expect a set that slides between genres without losing its footing, grounded in groove and built for a crowd that wants to move.
